How to return an item

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and the return address within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship the parcel — return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
